Admin dashboard
The Corporate Plan includes an admin dashboard for managing users, licenses, and org settings.
What admins can do
Section titled “What admins can do”- Manage user accounts through the admin dashboard
- Make bulk changes to user accounts
- Add and manage multiple admins — no set limit
- Track seats / licenses used
- Get NameDrop support for changes that aren’t yet self-serve
Multiple admins
Section titled “Multiple admins”Yes — Corporate Plan organizations can assign multiple admins to manage users and settings. There’s no cap on how many admins one organization can have.
User management
Section titled “User management”The dashboard’s user management surface covers the day-to-day:
- Domain auto-detection — new signups whose email matches your company domain are auto-assigned to your org.
- Update accounts — admins can edit user records, with a few exceptions (see Limitations below).
- Delete users — admins can remove users and free up the corresponding license.
- Seat tracking — current usage is visible against your purchased licenses.
Bulk user creation
Section titled “Bulk user creation”Currently users sign up individually with their company email; domain auto-detection assigns them to the org. There’s no bulk-import-from-CSV self-serve flow yet.
If you need a large rollout in one go, NameDrop support can run a bulk operation on your behalf — hello@namedrop.io.
Current limitations
Section titled “Current limitations”These admin functions still require NameDrop support and aren’t yet self-serve:
- Username changes — admins can’t change a user’s NameDrop username directly.
- Disabling access to recording links — no self-service toggle to disable a user’s public profile link yet.
- Some login-issue recovery — backend access may be needed for unusual login states.
The interface evolves regularly. Some functionality available via screenshots / support today is being moved into the self-service dashboard.
What NameDrop can help with
Section titled “What NameDrop can help with”For Corporate rollouts, NameDrop’s support team can assist with:
- SSO setup (SAML 2.0 — see SSO overview)
- Bulk changes to user accounts
- Initial rollout of the Corporate Plan across your organization
