Brand Pages
import { Steps } from ‘@astrojs/starlight/components’;
Brand Pages let organizations publish a fully branded pronunciation profile for a company or product name — with your logo, colors, phonetic spelling, audio recording, custom links, and optional contact actions. Visitors open a public page, hear how the brand is pronounced, and can save contact details or follow links you configure.
Brand Pages are part of the Corporate plan. For org-wide employee profiles and directory features, see Corporate features.
What you’ll get
Section titled “What you’ll get”- A public brand profile at
https://namedrop.io/brands/{brand-username}(for example,https://namedrop.io/brands/acme) - Logo, background image, and design templates (including card-style layouts)
- Phonetic spelling and brand voice audio (recorded pronunciation)
- Social links, custom link blocks, website, location, and Get in touch email
- Brand analytics in the dashboard (views and engagement)
- Optional Name Reel video on supported accounts
- Embed support on your website via the Website plugin using

How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Record — Capture how your brand name is pronounced. The onboarding flow can suggest a phonetic spelling from the name you enter.
- Customize — Add logo, background, description, links, and design (themes, card styling, page variant).
- Edit anytime — Open My Brand → Brand builder to change content; a live preview shows the public page as you edit.
- Share — Link to the public URL from your site, email, social posts, or embed the name on pages with
<namedrop brandUsername="...">.
First-time setup (onboarding)
Section titled “First-time setup (onboarding)”Open the NameDrop dashboard and go to My Brand. If you have not created a brand yet, the Setting up your brand wizard walks you through four steps:
-
Brand username — Choose a unique identifier (for example
acme). This becomes the URL slug:namedrop.io/brands/acme. Use Check availability before continuing. -
Brand logo — Upload and crop a square logo. It appears on your public profile and in previews.
-
Brand details — Enter Brand name, Phonetic name (how it is said), and Brand description (up to 550 characters). AI may suggest a phonetic spelling you can accept with one click.
-
Brand voice — Record audio of your brand name pronunciation. This is the main playback visitors hear on your page.
When you finish, NameDrop creates your brand account and takes you to the Brand dashboard and Brand builder.
Sign in at user.namedrop.io and use My Brand in the sidebar. Direct paths include /my-brand/brand-builder for editing and /my-brand/dashboard for the brand home.
Brand builder (after onboarding)
Section titled “Brand builder (after onboarding)”The brand builder is a tabbed editor with a live preview of your public page.
